We pride ourselves on delivering quality service in asset integrity and maintenance, as well as asset protection. All our processes are engineered for durability, governed by strict quality control, and backed by host industry practices.
A properly prepared surface lasts; hence, adherence to the standard surface-preparatory practice as contained in Detailed Surface Preparation (DSP). Key Activities in DSP - Removal of residual contaminants, Dust, oil, grease, salts, Edge rounding/weld treatment Sharp edges are smoothened to improve coating adhesion. Grinding and cleaning welds, removing slag, spatter, and irregularities. Touch-up blasting or power tool cleaning. Areas missed during the main blasting are corrected Final surface inspection Ensure the required cleanliness standard (e.g., SA 2.5) is achieved
Our blasting and coating services are carried out with the precision that greater long-lasting protection demands of the asset being maintained. We begin with thorough surface preparation, removing rust, mill scale, and contaminants to create a clean, correctly profiled substrate.
This is followed by the application of high-performance coating systems designed to resist corrosion, withstand harsh environmental conditions, and endure the rigours of heavy use. The result is a durable, high-quality finish that extends the service life of your assets and keeps structures performing at their best.
