PIUS AKEMU - CEO/MANAGING DIRECTOR

Pius Akemu graduated from the University of Ibadan with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and later earned a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Benin. He is a COREN-registered engineer with over twenty years of experience in the construction industry, overseeing projects in engineering services, mechanical installation and fabrication, administration building construction, and the Shell Restaurant Project, among others.
Pius has held senior positions in companies such as Pelo Consolidated Limited and Hutes Nigeria Limited. In 2005, he became the CEO and Managing Director of Minim & Tonye. He is a seasoned and results-driven professional with a proven track record of leading projects to success in dynamic and innovative environments. Pius has excelled in overseeing the strategic expansion of Minim and Tonye Nigeria Limited by spearheading projects in engineering and construction, project management, procurement, design, and properties.

ISAAC AJAYI - TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Engr. Olutayo Isaac Ajayi graduated from Ondo State University, with a B.Eng. (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering. He holds an MSc degree in Project Management from the University of Liverpool in the UK. He has acquired a wealth of experience working with various multinational and national companies. His corporate experience currently spans over 26 years in various leadership roles, business management, engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning that cut across various sections of the energy/oil and gas industries. Until his appointment as Technical Director of Minim and Tonye Nigeria Limited, he was the Operations Director for PivotGis Limited and was responsible overall for company operations and project management. He is recognized for his innate ability to develop business and implement solid processes through strategic planning and execution. He has a sound knowledge of oil and gas business concepts, requirements, industrial practices, applicable national and international Specifications, Codes, Standards, Local and international business Laws, Rules, and Regulations. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), IRCA Certified Lead Auditor. In the past, he held certification courses in American Society for Nondestructive Testing ASNT (SNT-TC-1A) in (MPI, RT, VI, DPI & UTI), CSWIP, AWS, API 650, API 570/571 and many more in quality assurance and inspection fields.

YEMI OLURINDE - FINANCE MANAGER

Yemi Olurinde is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants In Nigeria, an Associate Member (ACTI), of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He is a highly meticulous and analytical Accountant with over 15 years of growing professional experience in corporate accounting and financial reporting and with competencies in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and accounting software like Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, SAP, and Sage 50 as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. He works to ensure that accounting operations are in line with Compliance codes and that records are correctly maintained and updated

OLATUNJI OMOWUMI - QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT MANAGER

Olatunji was educated at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State with a BSc in Sociology. He is a dedicated QHSE Manager with 13 years of experience overseeing and enhancing organizational safety, environmental compliance, and quality management systems. Proven track record of implementing proactive measures to prevent accidents, reduce incidents, and ensure regulatory adherence.

He started his work experience with DBN Limited as a safety Officer where he grew his career before joining Rivers State Oil Company (RIVOC) as Safety Manager/Chief Fire Officer. He joined Minim and Tonye Nigeria Limited in 2022 as QHSE Manager. Omowumi has attended many professional training with the following bodies BOSIET, ISPON, ATEX, Academy for Safety and fire technology (Advance Safety Certification) Nigerian Institute for safety professionals (NISP), National Fire Prevention Project (FFS), Industrial Training Fund (ITF), National Industrial Safety Council of Nigeria (NISCN), Basic Offshore Safety Assessment System.

LEGAL DIRECTOR - BICKERSTETH AKINREMI

Bickersteth Akinremi graduated from the University of Jos, with an LLB (Hons) and later processed to Nigeria Law School to be certified as a Bachelor of Law. A legal mind with 14 years of post-call experience in the legal profession and Nigeria's oil and gas industry. He is adept at managing complex legal matters, mitigating risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Skilled in leading and collaborating with senior executives to align legal strategies with business objectives. Strong expertise in contract negotiation, intellectual property protection, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution. A visionary leader who fosters a culture of legal excellence and innovation within the organization.

TAMUNOFIRISA IRIMAGHA - SECURITY MANAGER

Tamunofirisa Irimagha is a skilled risk assessor with expertise in Physical security and risk mitigation strategies with direct experience with end-to-end system development. He possesses professional qualifications in Associate protection professional (APP) and Security Risk Assessment. He is certified with over 10 years of experience as a security manager and worked with various reputable organizations.

IJIOLA OLUWABUKOLA - HUMAN RESOURCE LEAD

Bukola holds a Ph.D. degree in Public Administration and an MSc in Public Administration from Babcock University, Nigeria. She is a personable and dedicated Human Resources Generalist with 4+ years of experience in training and development, benefits management, and administration, as well as staff recruitment and development. As a certified professional in human resources, she manages all HR-related tasks for 100+ employees, including payroll processing, employee benefits program, documentation, interviewing, training, and onboarding recruits.
